Dear audience, dear artists, dear friends of digital art and electronic music,
it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the BLAUES RAUSCHEN festival in Herne! This year, we will once again meet under the dome of the “Alter Wartesaal” and encounter creative experiments, innovative soundscapes and visionary digital art.
BLAUES RAUSCHEN stands for a unique combination of creativity, technology and social reflection. It brings together international and regional artists who experiment with new forms of sound and digital aesthetics. By supporting such projects, Herne is continuing to develop its cultural character with a view to the Neue Künste Ruhr.
I would like to thank the initiators of the festival and all those involved in making this special event possible. My thanks also go to you, dear audience, for your curiosity and openness towards the artistic border crossings that make up BLAUES RAUSCHEN.
