The opening evening of this year’s BLAUES RAUSCHEN festival brings three fusion experiments to the stage with digital and analogue sound and video technology: BBB_ are in a virtual world in search of interconnected entities in a future reality. Can artificial intelligence enable a new, unifying view of our communal life and a global understanding of effects and benefits? Electric Indigo uses digital dematerialisation and fuses virtual metal molecules in an acoustic-visual media performance. Resource-saving “industrial” with a minimum of energy consumption. And the project Optical Machines brings light and sound into an interactively controlled, interdependent art process.

Between the live sets, audio pieces will also be presented that 10 invited artists have developed specifically on the topic of forest & sound.
