Into the imaginary anti-city! Ozan Tekin took the enormous noise level of the metropolis with him as a constant memory from his time in Istanbul and has now developed a sound set as an acoustic counterpoint. The experienced sound engineer mixes and morphs his analog and digital synthesizers with original audio signals to create a mediative, pulsating soundscape with urban crescendos: between the calming ambient collages, chaos, uncertainty and various mental states of city life appear again and again.

The performer and producer Tekin currently lives in Cologne and works for and with artists from Istanbul as well as with the Libyan disco star Ahmed Fakroun or the Cologne band BODDY. As a composer and sound designer for theater pieces, performances and films, he is constantly expanding his radius of action.
